VMA's pre-Christmas 'After Five' events in Brisbane, Christchurch and Sydney
The Venue Management Association has announced details of pre-Christmas 'After Five' events in Brisbane, Christchurch and Sydney.
The events are:
Friday 3rd December 2010 - 5.30pm to 7.30pm
Brisbane, Suncorp Stadium - Skyline North, Level 6 Eastern Stand. Entry through Gate C (corner of Caxton and Hale St)
Speakers: Graeme Kan, Suncorp Stadium Operations Manager and Brian O'Connor, U2 Production Manager
Topic: Concert Builds within a Stadium - a combined presentation on the U2 concert build and some of the challenges
Please note - due to the U2 concert build parking is only available in surrounding streets
Tuesday 7th December 2010 - 5pm to 6.30pm
Christchurch Town Hall
Presented by VBase in association with Entertainment Venues Association of New Zealand(EVANZ) as part of the 2010 EVANZ Conference
Topic: After the shaking - Dealing with the aftermath of the Christchurch earthquake
Speaker: Alan Garner, General Manager - Business Development, Vbase
