Vivafit introduces Vivaslim weight management program

Women-only fitness franchise group Vivafit has launched Vivaslim, a weight management program available to both Vivafit franchisees and as an independent franchise.

Focussing on a combination of targeted lifestyle advice - looking at people's eating and stress patterns - and computer-tailored nutrition education, Vivaslim participants receive a personalised eating plan, with a registered dietitian available to answer questions at any point.

Meanwhile their eating and stress/coping patterns are coached weekly through a software program to help the member make the necessary lifestyle changes for quicker weight loss and maintenance.

The Portugal-based franchise's expansion in Asia is continuining with the opening of the third Vivafit club in India, the city of Gurgaon. The site is the brand's second in Gurgaon, with one other site already operational in Bangalore while a fourth is set to open in Guwahati, north-east India, this month.

Vivafit franchises currently operate in six countries: Portugal, Spain, Uruguay, Singapore, Cyprus and India.
