Vivafit signs master franchising agreements for Qatar and Bahrain
Vivafit, the women-only fitness franchise group, has signed two new master franchising contracts for the Arabian Gulf states of Qatar and Bahrain.
The agreements represent the seventh and eighth Master Franchise agreements for the Portugual-based fitness franchis.
The Master Franchise partner in Qatar is a company, The Forum, best known for specialising in engineering, beauty salons and other franchises.
In Bahrain, the Master Franchise partner is Portuguese businessman Joao Moedas, who also owns an advertising agency in Bahrain and a Saudi Arabian recruitment agency.
Both Master Franchisees will select all of their instructors from Portugal.
Vivafit's other Asian operations are in Malaysia and Singapore.
