Vail Resorts announces deadline to secure 2021 Epic Australia Pass for $49 upfront

Vail Resorts has announced 23rd February as the deadline to secure the 2021 Epic Australia Pass for $49 upfront with the remaining balance to be paid in full on 1st May. Priced at $899 for adults, $499 for students (up to year 12) and $699 for seniors (65 years and over), Vail considers the Epic Australia Pass to “pay for itself after just five days’ use.”

With more Australians now seeking premium holiday experiences domestically due to limitations on international travel, snow and ski enthusiasts can take advantage of the access and value of the 2021 Epic Australia Pass across all of Vail’s owned Australian ski resorts at Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham.

For the 2021/22 Northern Hemisphere season, the Epic Australia Pass provides five consecutive days at both the Hakuba Valley and  Rusutsu Resort, ten combined days at Whistler Blackcomb, Vail and Beaver Creek (some peak restrictions apply) and access to world-class resorts in Colorado (Breckenridge and Keystone), Utah (Park City), Lake Tahoe (Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood) and more.

This year, the Epic Australia Pass comes with Epic Coverage, which is free for all pass holders. Epic Coverage provides refunds associated with certain resort closures, including those due to COVID-19, and certain personal events like illness, job loss or injury.

The value provided by the Epic Australia Pass continues throughout the season with additional discounts and benefits for all pass holders. Pass holders receive six Bring-A-Mate tickets for up to 50% off skiing or riding with friends and family, up to 20% off lessons and rentals and up to 15% off purchases at select retail outlets at Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham, as well as lodging and on-mountain dining discounts at Perisher.

Vail Resorts Australia Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Pete Brulisauer notes “we are incredibly excited for the 2021 season and can’t wait to welcome our guests back to the mountains we all love.

“There is immense appetite to get back to the snow, and we are thrilled to be able to offer our loyal guests unparalleled access to Perisher, Hotham and Falls Creek, as well as to resorts in Japan, Canada and the U.S. for a truly unbeatable price.”

Pass holders also have free access to First Tracks and night skiing and riding at Perisher, Hotham and Falls Creek.

With Epic Mountain Rewards, Epic Australia Pass holders can also take advantage of 20%t off lodging, on-mountain dining, rentals, group lessons and more at Vail Resorts’ owned and operated North American resorts during the 2021/22 season. The more adventurous pass holders will also receive 20% off when they book heli-skiing at Whistler Blackcomb or cat-skiing at Keystone.
