UQ Sport to manage Queensland Tennis Centre?

Following a competitive tender process Tennis Queensland is in the final stage of negotiations with UQ Sport to manage the day-to-day tennis operations of the soon-to-be-opened Queensland State Tennis Centre.

The State Tennis Centre, funded by MIRVAC, the State Government, Tennis Queensland and Tennis Australia, will be a state-of-the-art facility including twenty-three International Tennis Federation standard courts, an undercover 5,500 seat centre court stadium, administrative, commercial and support facilities with a pro shop, cafe and function rooms.

UQ Sport is the venue management company that manages facilities for the University of Queensland.
