Trivandi’s leadership team has a proven track record of delivering successful Olympic Games, World Expos, FIFA World Cups, Super Bowl 50, COPT 28 and 29, and other high-profile events around the globe, including the last four Summer Olympic & Paralympic Games as well as Sydney 2000.

The Trivandi Brisbane office signifies a deep commitment to partnering with Australia's dynamic sport, entertainment and tourism markets and projects of national significance. Through bringing significant expertise and local resources, Trivandi is committed to fuelling the 'green and gold decade,' driving investment and lasting impact for the nation.

Trivandi has solid Australian credentials and global industry experience to build upon as it embarks on the next phase of its growth journey.

This foundation is further strengthened by Trivandi’s UK, UAE and Saudi Arabian offices, and its global Associate Network of more than 2,200+ professionals worldwide.

James Bulley, Co-Founder and Chief Executive of Trivandi noted “with its rich history of world-class events, the famous Aussie friendly welcome and hospitality, and its focus on sustainability, choosing Australia as the next location in our global investment strategy was an obvious choice. We are committed to leveraging our expertise and network to strengthen capability in the local market by investing in local people, whilst bringing Trivandi’s reputation for creating unforgettable experiences delivered with sustainable, lasting impact.

“We are deeply passionate about empowering local teams, advancing the industry, and contributing to the continued success of Australia’s major events, venues and destination ecosystem. Today’s announcement marks an exciting new chapter, and we couldn’t be more optimistic about the journey ahead.”

Rob Nelson, Regional Director Australia and APAC enthused “Trivandi Australia will provide fresh insights for Australian projects, underscored by sustainability and enhanced by a guest experience mindset. Recent project wins in the region demonstrate the growing demand, with Trivandi managing the delivery of three pavilions, including Australia, at the upcoming Expo 2025 Osaka. In addition, Trivandi is collaborating with the Australian federal government on a proposed major government summit for next year and has completed a technical review for a proposed Brisbane 2032 Olympic venue.

“I am thrilled to lead Trivandi’s expansion to Australia in an exciting period of growth for the company. Over the past few months, I’ve witnessed the culture, commitment and expertise of the Trivandi team in driving innovation, setting new benchmarks for mega event delivery and advancing excellence across the industry.”

Regional Hub for APAC
Beyond Australia, the new office will serve as a strategic hub for the broader Asia-Pacific region, providing advisory, design, production and delivery services to major events, venues, sport and destinations across APAC. Trivandi is committed to long-term growth and collaboration in the region.

Expansion, Training & Sustainability
This announcement marks a key milestone in Trivandi’s expansion with an evolution of business and teams. Over the past twelve months, the company has doubled its global team across offices in London, Dubai, and Riyadh. Trivandi’s expansion is not only about bringing international expertise to Australia; it’s also about investing in local talent and supporting knowledge-sharing. In 2024, Trivandi launched the pioneering Trivandi Academy, a first-of-its-kind division dedicated to major events development. The Academy is committed to upskilling professionals at all levels through expert-led, certified training, hands-on learning programs, mentoring, and access to a global network of industry leaders. Through initiatives like the Trivandi Academy and its Major Events 101 course, accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Trivandi is professionalising the industry and equipping Australians with world-class skills.

Trivandi’s partnership with The Bulb, a leading sustainability consultancy acquired in 2024, underscores its commitment to sustainable event practices. The team integrates sustainability at every stage, from strategy and planning to operations and legacy impact, ensuring major events contribute positively to communities and the environment.
