Transaction Services Group acquires Ausfit

Global payment solutions provider Transaction Services Group (TSG) has announced another addition in its line-up with the acquisition of Australian owned direct debit company Ausfit.  

On the back of its recent Links Modular Solutions acquisition, TSG has purchased Ausfit, the exclusive biller for Anytime Fitness Australia, in its entirety. 

TSG Chief Executive Craig Marshall says the acquisition is aligned with the organisation’s focused growth strategy, explaining “Ausfit is a strong business and brand with a proven track record.

“This move is a great fit for both organisations with our strong customer service ethos and comprehensive billing expertise.” 

With the acquisition, Ausfit Managing Director Marc Osmond is stepping aside, although will remain involved in the business in a consultative capacity.

Current Ausfit Operations Manager Brad Harrison has been appointed General Manager.

Commenting on the sale, Osmond stated "it is business as usual for the Ausfit team and the goal continues to be providing exceptional service to our clients – a vision TSG and its organisations share.

“With Brad’s knowledge, leadership and commercial experience, he is well placed to spearhead Ausfit into the next chapter.”  

TSG comprises Debitsuccess in Australia, New Zealand and the United States, FFA PaySmart in Australia, and DFC and Harlands Group in the United Kingdom.

In addition, TSG operates membership management systems for the fitness and leisure industries – Clubware and Links Modular Solutions.
