Transaction Services Group appoints Chief Customer Officer Australasia
Leading global payment solutions provider Transaction Services Group (TSG) has announced the appointment of Wayne Pointon as Chief Customer Officer Australasia.
Announcing the appointment, TSG Chief Executive Craig Marshall says the appointment reflects the company’s strong growth, stating “Wayne’s comprehensive operational experience and business understanding will serve the business well as we continue to grow.
“This appointment reflects his increased operational responsibilities which have been expanded to cover all TSG Australasian businesses to ensure a consistent approach to the group.”
Having been with the company for 12 years, Pointon’s new role will see him lead the processes and systems of the operational and customer service functions of the business, including the contact centre operations and data capture process.
TSG is a leading global payment solutions provider comprising Debitsuccess in the United States and New Zealand, Debitsuccess and FFA Paysmart in Australasia, and United Kingdom based DFC and Harlands Group.
