TPV: The Next Generation in Rubber Surfaces

Sydney-based Surface Designs has launched a new range of rubber sports and playground surfaces using TPV (thermoplastic vulcanised) rubber.
Developed especially for the harsh Australian climate, TPV rubber is the latest development in rubber granules and offer superior UV stability, outlasting any other rubber across the spectrum.
Made from the highest quality virgin polymer, TPV does not leach out black carbon or colour pigments; does not chalk; its colour is consistent; it has high elastic recovery and is long wearing.
TPV is also non toxic and non allergenic, contains no moisture and is not porous like some EPDM rubber surfaces. Combined with Surface Designs' Polyurethane, TPV offers a technically superior surface for sport and play.
Developed by well known UK-company Rosehill Polymers, TPV complies to the Australian Standard AS/NZS4422:1996, 'Playground surfacing specification, requirements and test method' ensuring it is fit for purpose in the playground industry.
Rosehill Polymers have been in the forefront of innovative polymer and granule technology for over 20 years and Surface Designs are the exclusive Australian distributors for their premium products.
TPV is currently available in a range of up to 17 colours, offering endless possibilities for creative design when planning a wetpour safety surface, as well as four new sparkle colours.
