Codelocks introduces new compact digital locker lock

Codelocks has unveiled the latest addition to its KitLock range of electronic locks – the NANO90, based on the company’s best-selling cabinet lock, the new lock comes with a much smaller footprint of just 30mm by 90mm.

Introducing the new lock, Codelocks Managing Director Grant Macdonald explains “due to its compact size, the NANO90 is ideal for the smaller wallet or personal effects lockers found in many gyms and fitness clubs.”

KitLock digital locker locks are designed specifically for securing lockers without using keys or fobs. To access a locker, members simply place their mobile phone, wallet and keys inside, enter their own four-digit code on the keypad, then ‘lock and go’.

Macdonald adds “it’s also our first product that can be either flush or surface mounted.

“The fact that the NANO90 can sit flush to the surface of a locker makes it much harder for someone to break the lock off completely, providing members with somewhere safe to secure belongings while they workout. A flush-fitted NANO90 has a smart, sleek look too.”

The NANO90 provides an almost ‘fit and forget’ solution – performing up to 100,000 operations from just one coin-cell battery.

The product is available to order in silver grey as standard, and is also available in black and white.

It is priced at $60 per lock.

Codelocks design and manufactures a range of digital keyless door and cabinet locks for organisations that need to control access within their buildings.
