Ticketek set to release resale tickets for Taylor Swift’s Eras tour

Following unprecedented demand for tickets to Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour earlier this year, fans now have another chance to get to see the singing superstar with Ticketek revealing that resale tickets will be released as of tomorrow.

With four million Australians having competed to get tickets for the February 2024 dates in Melbourne and Sydney when they went on sale in June, fans are being given another chance to see the record breaking tour.

Following concerns about illegal resales and ticketing scams since the initial sale period, resale tickets will available as of Friday 10th November at 10am for dates at Sydney’s Accor Stadium and 4pm for the MCG.

Ticketek advise that limited seats will be available across all standard ticket price types, adding that this also includes "new partially obstructed side view tickets".

Ticketek states accessible ticket options will be available in this release at both venues.

Frontier Touring notes that if you buy a ticket marked with a partially obstructed view, "you may not be able to see the entirety of the stage from your seat."

Frontier Touring stresses that the reselling of any Taylor Swift tickets is strictly forbidden other than through Ticketek's official resale platform TMarketplace, advising “we have not allocated any tickets for the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour to unauthorised resellers (which include but are not limited to Viagogo; Stubhub; Ticketfinders; The Ticket Merchant; Worldticketshop; and Tixel) or via websites such as eBay, Gumtree and social media Buy Swap Sell pages).

"To make sure you pay the correct ticket price and receive valid tickets, you must purchase via Ticketek Australia."
