The Concierge secures Technogym Australia PR and Events account

The Concierge – a Sydney-based communications agency – has secured the PR and Events account of wellness leader and fitness equipment supplier Technogym Australia.

Technogym were impressed with The Concierge’s competitive pitch tender process which showcased its team’s ingenuity, creativity, strategies and high levels of expertise in the wellness space.

As reported by Mumbrella, Technogym Australia’s marketing manager Erika Opali shared “we were thoroughly impressed by The Concierge’s strategic approach and creative vision during the pitch process.

“Their passion for storytelling and their ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience stood out to us. We are confident that this partnership will further strengthen our brand positioning and drive meaningful engagement with our customers.”

The Concierge’s founder and director, Danielle Williams added “Technogym’s commitment to innovation and excellence aligns perfectly with our agency’s values, and we are eager to collaborate closely to elevate their brand presence in the Australian market.

Mumbrella report that moving forward, The Concierge plans on supporting its new client’s account with solutions covering digital marketing, media relations and event management aimed at enhancing Technogym Australia’s brand awareness, presence and consumer connections within the Australian market.

The acquisition of Technogym’s account adds another major client to The Concierge’s list that already includes luxury perfume and fashion brand Givenchy, haircare brand Moroccanoil, skin care provider Dr. Lewinn’s, and more.

Technogym opened its Experience Centre in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs in September 2021. The open showroom, located at 20 McLachlan Avenue, Rushcutters Bay, totalling over 800 square metres, has been designed to offer visitors a full wellness experience to discover the best products, technologies and services for physical exercise.

Designed for both the home market and industry buyers, the showroom is Technogym’s first Australian Experience Centre and aims to become the point of reference for all Technogym clients, partners and stakeholders.

The Technogym Experience Centre embodies the Technogym ecosystem through its connected smart equipment, digital services, on-demand training experiences and apps that allow every single user to access a completely personalised training experience anytime and anywhere: at home, at the gym, on-the-go.
