Suncorp Stadium opens themed F&B outlet
Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium has unveiled a new themed food offering in time for the NRL season.
Developed with caterers The O’Brien Group Australia and MLA (Meat & Livestock Australia), the Muster Grill overs 100% Australian beef has been sourced for the outlet with three main menu options:
Aussie Works Burger complete with beetroot: 100% Aussie Beef Pattie, Sliced Beetroot, Cos Lettuce, Tomato, Cheese & Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce
Beef Tejano Loaded Fries: TexMex Inspired Slow cooked pulled brisket loaded on hot chips with smoked barbeque sauce and black bean salsa, sour cream and diced tomato with melted tasty cheese
Beef Brisket Hoagie: Slow roasted Beef Brisket with Smokey BBQ sauce atop a chipotle coleslaw on a freshly baked hoagie roll
The Australian Beef Brisket is slow cooked on site for 12 hours before being served to our patrons.
The outlet also offers traditional items like gluten free pies, soft drinks, bottled water, chips, lollies and crisps.
Located on the ground level on the North-East (Caxton Street) end of the venue opposite aisle 324, the Muster Grill joins other speciality outlets at the Stadium like the Vegan Outlet which has a range of salad options for those looking for meat alternatives.

The Muster Grill opened for Dolphins v Cowboys on 10th March and was in operations for the Broncos v Rabbitohs last Thursday.
