Sportway follows Australian launch with Hockey Australia partnership
Having launched in Australia in December, automated production and live streaming business Sportway has announced a broadcast production partnership with Hockey Australia.
With the collaboration seeing Sportway become the exclusive broadcast production partner for hockey’s National Championships for the next three years, Sportway advise that “this ground-breaking alliance is set to redefine the sports broadcasting landscape, introducing cutting-edge technology and AI-driven cameras to create an unparalleled … experience for fans nationwide.”
Under the agreement, Sportway will deploy its suite of technology and artificial intelligence (AI) broadcast cameras to elevate the viewer experience for all Hockey Australia national championship events.
Advising of the aim to bring a new level of excitement and engagement to the hockey community, offering fans a dynamic and immersive perspective on the field, Sportway Australia Chief Executive, Mark Hardess stated “we are thrilled to announce this exclusive partnership with Hockey Australia, a collaboration that marks a significant leap forward in sports broadcasting innovation.
