SGL continues extensive work in Papua New Guinea
Leading industry consultancy SGL is continuing its work with the 2015 Pacific Games Authority (PGA) and the Papua New Guinea (PNG) Sports Foundation on the newly developed major sports venues for the 2015 Pacific Games.
With the venues currently being completed, SGL has written business modelsfor the long term management of the venues to ensure the legacy of the Games is realised.
SGL is also now involved in implementing the plan through assisting with the commissioning of the venues, scoping of the equipment required in the venues for both during and post the Games, and the recruitment, employment and training of staff in accordance with the management models put forward.
Hosting the 2015 Pacific Games has provided Papua New Guinea with the opportunity to develop world class facilities in Port Moresby.
The 2015 Pacific Games begin on 4th July.
