SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium offers magical underwater experiences

The upcoming school holidays at SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium will offer children’s activities, mermaids and two days of visits from the cast the of the musical Wicked.

SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium’s Mermaid Garden, one of 12 zones of discovery, presents a magical underwater world of coral in which mermaids serenade the magnificent aquatic creatures that reside in the 2.2 million litre Oceanarium.

Residents include the fierce-looking Grey Nurse shark Mitch, King of the Oceanarium; Mr G, a massive 200 kilogram Grouper; Solomon, the brightly-coloured Maori Wrasse and Dino, the Shark Ray along with a huge population of multi-coloured tropical fish.

SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium also features animal feeding sessionss, special presentations, art and crafts and interactive quizzes.

On 5th and 6th July, direct from Melbourne’s Regent Theatre, cast members of Wicked with bring theatre magic to the attraction. Throughout the weekend, guests will be spellbound with exclusive cast meet and greet sessions, storytelling and special activities. In addition, guests will also get the chance to win tickets to see the blockbuster musical in Melbourne.
