Screen Territory releases dates for upcoming funding program
Screen Territory has announced the 2024/25 Screen Territory Funding Program (STFP), designed to support and promote the growth of the screen industry in the region. The program will be available in three rounds, each offering a variety of grants aimed at fostering talent and innovation.
Through funding programs, initiatives, and partnerships, Screen Territory aims to nurture local talent and bring compelling stories to the screen. These activities focus on providing comprehensive support to the screen industry, encouraging creativity, professional growth, and the production of high-quality content.
The funding program will be delivered in three rounds through GrantsNT:
Round 1: Opens on 12th August 2024 and closes on 16th September 2024 at 2 PM.
Round 2: Opens on 28th October 2024 and closes on 25th November 2024 at 2 PM.
Round 3: Opens on 10th February 2025 and closes on 10th March 2025 at 2 PM.
Each round will offer grants in the following funding categories: Story Development, Games Development, Industry Partnerships and Production Finance.
In addition to the main funding rounds, the following programs will also be available:
Travel Support: Opens on 12th August 2024 and closes on 18th May 2025.
Career Development: Opens on 12th August 2024 and closes on 18th May 2025.
Production Attraction Incentive Program: Opens on 12th August 2024 and closes on 18th May 2025.

Screen Territory, the screen industry development agency for the Northern Territory Government, is dedicated to supporting the growth and development of the screen industry in the Northern Territory which continues to see rapid growth.
