Sal Salis given license to swim with humpbacks at Ningaloo Reef
Western Australian tourism operator Sal Salis Ningaloo Reef, located within Cape Range National Park near Exmouth, has announced that it is one of the first few operators to be granted a licence enabling it to offer its guests the chance to swim with humpback whales.
As a result of being granted the licence, which will cover the period from 1st August to 31st October 2016, Sal will offer a day long experience conducted on a new vessel being introduced to the Sal Salis fleet.
The boat will comfortably cater for 10 guests - the maximum number of swimmers allowed with the humpbacks and whale sharks at any one time - along with an expert guide, lunch, drinks and snorkelling equipment included on board.
Sal Salis will also be increasing its accommodation from nine to 16 en-suited tents.
