Saint Haven private fitness and wellness club announces second location sell-out in Toorak

Saint Haven private fitness and wellness club has announced the surprise sell-out of its second location in Toorak before the public launch, and a third location in South Yarra set to start pre-registrations in the coming weeks, before the public launch at the start of July.

The announcement comes after the sell-out success of its first Collingwood location last year which resulted in all memberships exhausted prior to doors opening

Created by businessman and entrepreneur, Tim Gurner, founder of Gurner Group, Saint Haven offers a combination of ancient holistic practices, science-backed health programs, world- leading reverse-ageing technologies and personalised 5-star service and has amassed a waitlist of over 15,000 people waiting eagerly for the new locations.

The Group’s Toorak club location on Toorak Road fronting the exclusive Toorak Village, has sold out off-market, with the limited invitation-only memberships filled within days. There are now only 45 memberships which will be held back for opening later in the year.

The 1,600 square metre Toorak club, located in the recently completed St Germain building at 505 Toorak Road, sits alongside other high-profile brands including Cecconis, Kennedy, Kay and Burton, and a number of Melbourne family offices.

Toorak will be the Group’s first ‘Saint Haven Black Label’ level club and will only feature the top two tiers of memberships - Black and Ultimate – which will focus on an unparalleled level of service, luxury and investment into reverse-ageing technology.

The Toorak practitioner team will work directly with the discerning members to curate bespoke health and wellness plans that integrate new technologies, nutrition, empirical data from DNA-testing and bloodwork, Oura Ring sleep data, supplements and exclusive treatments, and will include a number of medical-grade testing equipment and technologies.

Toorak members will also be treated to personal lockers featuring their favourite organic & natural fragrances, overnight washing service and Bentley Melbourne airport chauffeur service to name a few.

The second new location, South Yarra, has been in the works for 12 months as the team worked with Larry Kestelman and the LK Group to create a Club offering within the prestigious Capitol Grand building.

South Yarra has been designed by Simon Brugaletta, Head of Interior Design at Gurner Design House, who has created a serene masterpiece that has completely re-imagined Collingwood’s initial design concept inspired by the best luxury hotels from across the world.

It will feature an expansive 1,700 square metre, sanctuary of wellness, offering co-working space, phone booths, a boardroom, Breathwork, Yoga, Reformer Pilates and Strength & Conditioning studios, treatment rooms dedicated to massage and facials by James Vivian, a signature Ancient Bathhouse with thermal 38-degree magnesium pool and ice baths, tractional sauna, steam room, and an on-site organic wholefoods restaurant and elixir bar.

Both Clubs will feature Saint Haven’s signature Fire & Ice class (an incredible mix of breathwork, ice baths and sauna) designed to build strength, resilience and the opportunity to surrender and connect with likeminded members. In addition to offering Sound Bath classes offering members the chance to completely surrender and unwind whilst they are bathed in a soundscape of gongs, crystal bowls and instruments – the perfect way to find stillness and calm.

A signature offering within Saint Haven is ‘Haven’, the exclusive treatment facility where members can use the latest reverse world leading ageing technologies such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers, PEMF Mats (used by Tony Robbins), Cryotherapy, sound therapy and Red-Light Therapy – including a NovoTHOR red light bed which retails for $250,000 – alongside access to medical, nutrition, naturopath and massage practitioners.

South Yarra will also feature Australia’s first SAVA vibro-acoustic sound pod with music and frequencies mixed by Australia’s Nick Littlemore (Empire of the Sun and PNAU). The SAVA is designed to enhance a state of deep relaxation similar to a psychedelic experience.

Over $20 million has been invested between the two clubs to offer members an experience not available anywhere else in the world.

Memberships at South Yarra will offer four membership tiers ranging from $179 per week.

Saint Haven’s first club location has been open for just under 12 months and members have witnessed quantifiable health benefits and life changing experiences. In a controlled sample study of 25-member health results over a 3- month period, the average resting heart rate of the sampled member group decreased by 8 beats per minute, with heart rate variability improving by 11 milliseconds, while adding an average of 25 minutes of additional sleep per night. This additional sleep was also of a higher quality – measured via reduced respiratory rate, increased time in deep sleep and more sleep efficiency* (Oura data December 2023).
