Harry Konstantinou and REVL among winners of Beyond Activ 2025 Awards of Excellence

The winners of Beyond Activ’s 2025 Awards of Excellence have been announced and celebrated during the Beyond Activ World event in Singapore. Presented last evening at the Raffles City Convention Centre, Singapore, the year’s awards recognised 13 companies and executives for their achievements and successes from across health, fitness, wellness and hospitality in the Asia Pacific Region over the past year.

Harry Konstantinou, Chief Executive and Managing Director of Viva Leisure was named Executive of the Year. the award was open to any fitness, wellness hospitality or lifestyle executive who operates or works in Asia-Pacific with success based on market leadership; recognised thought leadership reputation; successful company performance; positive shareholder ROI; future growth potential in APAC; promotion of new technology adoption, diversity and industry collaboration.

Konstantinou has been driving the business since it commenced operating its first health club in January 2004, initially as the Managing Director of The Club Group Pty Ltd.

Konstantinou is passionate about the fitness industry and considers innovation and information technology as key to the success of Viva Leisure.

On securing the award Konstantinou shared “I was humbled (and a bit stunned) to be named Executive of the Year 2025, as voted by my industry peers.

“This recognition means a great deal, but it’s not a solo achievement. It reflects the incredible work of the passionate, hardworking and forward-thinking team at Viva Leisure.
