The webinar will be the official launch of groundbreaking new research led by Swinburne University and supported by VicHealth, Royal Life Saving Australia and AUSTSWIM.
This first-of-its-kind study explores the current state of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the aquatic and recreation ecosystem.
With over 300 industry staff surveyed and dozens of facilities analysed, the report provides vital insights into how the sector can better reflect, include, and serve the diversity of the communities it supports.
