Pool builder Beau Corp goes into liquidation

The company behind Beau Corp Aquatics, which has been active in the construction of a range of commercial aquatic projects in south east Queensland and northern NSW for a number of years, has has gone into liquidation.

Rodgers Reidy’s David Hambleton and Kaily Chua have been appointed as administrators of the Currumbin-based company.

As Beau Corp, it is reported to owe it creditors $1 million.

Also active in residential pools, the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) have advised that Beau Homes’ building licence was cancelled at their own request.

According to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, administrators were appointed back on 29th August 2022.

The company, which had been active for over 50 years, has had a number of trading names, including Beau Homes & Swimming Pools, Beau Pools, Make It Right Pool Fencing and Beau Corp Aquatics & Construction.

In 2019 it won the Master Builders Best Residential Swimming Pool Gold Coast award.
