Plus Fitness brings new look to the ACT

24-hour gym franchise Plus Fitness has today launched a new location opening in the ACT, displaying the brand’s newest club design and imagery.

Located on the upper level of South Point Shopping Centre, Plus Fitness Tuggeranong is the first corporate-owned club to open its doors under the brand’s new concept club design developed in the wake of Viva Leisure’s acquisition back in August 2020.

A significant time for both Plus Fitness and Viva Leisure as the 24-hour gym franchise brand is elevated into a new modern look, the first two clubs to feature the new design concept are Plus Fitness Carramar and Tuggeranong.

Following on from the acquisition of Plus Fitness by Viva Leisure, a lot of work has been going on behind the scenes to reimagine the Plus Fitness brand and ensure that it continues to be a major player within the fitness industry.

Plus Fitness franchisees were treated to a ‘Live Summit’ in early March to showcase how the brand will be elevated into a more modern look and feel.

Explaining the new brand vision, Plus Fitness Director, Gordon Martin stated “this has been an exciting journey, to watch the Plus Fitness brand be elevated into this new sleek and modern club design with fresh branding to match.

“Plus Fitness Carramar which opened back in February was the first glimpse of this new look for Plus Fitness, and now our newest club in Tuggeranong is yet another example of how our brand is moving towards a more modern and sophisticated new look, the club looks amazing.”
