PerfectGym releases dynamic Courses Module for Swim School Management

Complementing a long line of recent custom centric software innovations, such as their Online Paperless signup, Member Portal and Automation Centre, PerfectGym is pleased to unveil their Courses module.

The PerfectGym courses module, was created to address the industry need for an ‘all encompassing’ Courses module, which not only had powerful scheduling capabilities, but offered parents and users a single point for course management and communications, in addition to being able to be configured out of the box to satisfy the changing view of treating swimming lessons and courses as an going membership, in lieu of the traditional term based structure.

The PerfectGym Courses Module was conceptualised to be a dynamic, scalable cloud based Courses module for use in single to large multilocation facilities. It was designed to fulfil the need of both large aquatic and leisure facilities and for purpose swim school facilities requiring dynamic, configurable swim school management with Marketing Automations, Waitlist, online enrolment, customisable enrolment rules, family management and a customisable makeup functionality.

Having already produced the industry’s first truly mobile responsive branded member portal, with family management, account management, payments and class bookings; PerfectGym was able to utilise these existing modern features to complement the addition of the Courses module, which completes the vision of “a single customer destination”.
