Pavigym to launch new gym flooring with innovative acoustic solution

Leading specialist flooring manufacturer Pavigym will this week be using Germany’s FIBO 2023 event to launch BigJag - a new approach to surfacing that offers an innovative acoustic solution for the health and fitness industry.

With its technology integrated into a single tile rather than multiple layers, BigJag isolates vibrations and impact noise before transmission through a building structure, protecting the subfloor and avoiding costly repairs.

STC, one of Sweden's largest gym chains with more than 190 centres, is among many groups to have placed advance orders for BigJag, with STF founder Katarina Anderson stating “we have been working with Pavigym for many years and their products always perform really well in our experience.
