Octopus Bay aquatic play park launches at Perth’s The Maze

Western Australia's The Maze Family Fun Park has opened its newest attraction, a new aquatic play area for toddlers.

Set in the Outback Splash children's aquatic playground, Octopus Bay features a range of child-friendly water activities from Polin Waterparks; including thee-slide giant octopus and a miniature tipping bucket.

Set in a shaded 35 metre Swimplex splash pool, Octopus Bay continues The Maze’s commitment to facilitating a safe, fun, family day out for local residents and guests to Western Australia.

The Maze Family Fun Park spokesperson Eli Barlow explains “in December 2013, the Outback Splash waterslide playground opened to the public and The Maze Team have been hard at work to enhance the Guest experience since.

“The Hedge Maze opened in June 2015 and The Plummet inflatable waterslide opened in September 2016.”

Earlier this year the attraction also received local and state planning approval to install additional slidetowers that will include additional waterslides for the bigger kids. While there is no confirmed completion date at present, the Team are excited about the future possibilities at The Maze, an iconic family attraction in the Swan Valley since 1981.
