Now its PCYC Fitness

PCYC NSW, the Police and Community Youth Clubs organization, has launched a new fitness initiative.

PCYC Fitness is aimed at those who have wanted to join a gym but find 'up-market' facilities either too pricey or a little uncomfortable.

PCYC Fitness Centres have already opened at Goulburn and Umina Beach, offering a wide range of facilities and helpful, friendly staff. The centres offer new equipment, free childcare, and free consultation on your fitness program.

PCYC is Australia's leading youth development organisation with 59 clubs, over 61,000 members and aims to get young people active in life.

ince 2006, PCYC's sports and arts have grown in key activities including football, rugby league 7s, basketball, boxing and martial arts, gymnastics, wrestling, breakdancing, Rock Eisteddfod and dance parties.
