Amlink and Parrimark partner for Event Pro Support

Following the recent announcement that administrators have been appointed to MEM Solutions Pty Ltd (MEM), the Australian distributors of the Canadian developed 'Event Pro', international software providers Parrimark Technology and Amlink Technologies have stepped in to provide a rescue package in a bid to prevent customers from losing revenues through lost support services.

Working in partnership, Amlink and Parrimark are offering a rescue package to clients affected by the unfortunate demise of MEM (MEM users are currently left with a temporary support service provided by the Canadian company).

Speaking jointly while attending the recent EIBTM global meeting convention in Barcelona, Parrimark Technology Chief Executive and founder Michael Scroop along with Amlink Technologies' Chief Executive, Trevor Gardiner commented, "we sympathise with those affected and understand the difficulties of having technology without adequate support, training and advice in place.

"It is for this reason we have stepped in to offer these packages to MEM's clients and in our opinion, offer greater opportunities and benefits to their business and the vital training and customer services a business would expect."
