New night-time entertainment and refreshed website for 2023 Sydney Royal Easter Show
With tickets to the 2023 Sydney Royal Easter Show on sale from today, General Manager of Agriculture and the Show, Murray Wilton has highlighted the event’s offerings for 2023 which include brand new night-time entertainment.
The Show website has also been refreshed to ensure a smooth purchase and planning experience for Showgoers and the new Carnival Fun Pass will be back again in 2023, with the app launching soon.
Wilton notes the entertainment is “guaranteed to thrill. Be amazed by the gravity-defying stunts one of the world’s most daring escape artists, the bravery of the fire breathers, the acrobatic skills of the aerial web performer, and a spectacular drone display as they enter centre stage at the 2023 Show.”
Wilton said the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS of NSW) is incredibly excited to again be holding an event that celebrates farmers, food, family traditions, and good old-fashioned fun.
“There are also lots of agricultural and educational activities to choose from for every age group this year, including our new Ag Discovery pavilion and native animal display, oyster and prawn judging, and Little Hands on the Land. Rich in fun and family traditions, there really is something for everyone,” Wilton shared.
“The Show is the best value day out in Sydney, promising to deliver 12 hours of free entertainment, competitions, exhibits and more every day.”
The 2023 Show will run from Thursday, 6th April to Monday, 17th April 2023, at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park.
There are great savings to be made by purchasing tickets online early (until midnight on 5th April), with the price of pre-Show family passes at $106.
Tickets to the 2023 Show will be sold almost exclusively online and must be purchased for a specific day, with the event maintaining its daily capacity limit of 80,000 ticket holders. Public transportation is again included in the ticket price.
After 4pm tickets will only be available for online pre-purchase before midnight on 5th April.
