New Executive Assistant Manager for Sea World Resort

Sea World Resort has announced the appointment of Bikash Randhawa to the role of Executive Assistant Manager.

Bikash has spent 14 years with the resort, where he started as a Food Beverage Attendant in the Shoreline Restaurant in 1995.

Sea World Resort General Manager, Ernst Pfister said that Bikash was a natural choice to be appointed to the role, explaining "Bikash is a highly valued member of the Resort team, and we're all expecting great things from him."

Commenting that he was thrilled with the promotion and is looking forward to the challenges the new role will bring, Randhawa noted "I'm very passionate about Sea World Resort and am committed to ensuring we maintain our high standard in providing quality service, accommodation and restaurants to Gold Coast holidaymakers."

Randhawa (pictured) is well known in the industry for his outstanding professional achievements, which include the Gold Coast Tourism Bureau Award for Excellence - Winner Supervisory Category 1999, Sea World Resortâs Employee of the Year 1998 and the Queensland Hotel Association's Award for Excellence - Winner Best Employee Food and Beverage 2004.

Randhawa also holds tertiary qualifications of a Bachelor of Hotel Management and Bachelor of Commerce.
