National Finalists announced for AUSactive Awards 2022

The national finalists and state winners in this year’s AUSactive National Awards have been announced, showcasing the best fitness professionals, business owners and industry experts from right across the country.

For the first time, this year’s Awards Program included an expanded 28 individual, business and community awards honouring the growing sector.

All national finalists and state winners will now progress to the National Awards Gala Event to be held in Sydney on Friday 21st October 2022.

Advising that the expertise and achievements of this year’s national finalists and state winners showed the high calibre of the industry and its penetration into all communities,

AUSactive Chief Executive, Barrie Elvish (pictured below) commented “congratulations to all the state winner and national finalists! This is a momentous accolade and one you should be very proud of.

“Receiving industry recognition for your continued passion and dedication is a significant achievement.

“The range of categories we have on offer this year meant there was greater scope for rewarding and celebrating the passion and commitment put into the role of fitness professional, business owner or community leader.”

AUSactive is now moving forward with the culmination of the National Awards Program with the gala event in Sydney on 21st October 2022 where the national winners will be presented their awards.

Originally intended as solely an evening events ceremony, the success of business roundtables during regional and state award events this month has prompted AUSactive to add a Senior Management Summit on the day of the National Awards Gala.

The full day Summit will feature a targeted program crafted exclusively for senior management in the health and fitness industry with attendees able to join senior executives, managers and business leaders across three sessions focused on activating thoughts, new ideas and future possibilities.
