Music festival 'Good Things' relocates from Centennial Park to Sydney Showground
Australia’s largest and favourite travelling music festival, Good Things Festival, has announced its relocation to the Sydney Showground after six years at Centennial Park.
The shift to the dynamic venue comes as organisers seek to grow the festival, with Sydney Showground offering an all-weather venue, better access to public transport, improved noise conditions, increased accessibility and greater capacity, allowing fans to focus on the important things: the bands, the vibes and all the Good Things.
Sydney Showground General Manager Darryl Jeffrey says the venue’s experience in delivering world-class music events and festivals means the beloved festival is in good hands.
Jeffrey enthused “we are thrilled to welcome Good Things to Sydney Showground this December and work closely with organisers to ensure a smooth transition to the venue.
“Sydney Showground is an adaptable venue that is purpose-built to host large-scale live events and has the facilities and team in place to ensure 2025 and beyond is the best yet for Good Things Festival here in Sydney.”
Good Things Festival will take over the venue on 6th December with the 2025 event set to offer festivalgoers an elevated experience of the world-class alternative rock festival they know and love.
Good Things joins an impressive line-up of confirmed music events at Sydney Showground, including FRIDAYZ Live, Knockout Outdoor: Return of the Circuz, and the debut concert of Latin Music star Bad Bunny, with the venue quickly becoming the home of live music in Sydney.
