Sydney Showground revealed as an official international partner of the Los Angeles Rams

Sydney Showground has just been announced as an official international partner of the Los Angeles Rams in a unique partnership deal that will see the event venue connected to the renowned sporting team until July 2025.

The partnership comes under the NFL’s Global Markets Program which aims to grow the NFL internationally by connecting with different sporting teams and businesses worldwide.

With the LA Rams currently having rights in Australia, China, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand and South Korea, as part of the agreement, Sydney Showground and the LA Rams will host an exclusive watch party for local NFL fans at Sydney Showground on 13th December for the LA Rams Thursday Night Football fixture against the San Francisco 49ers.

Welcoming the partnership, Sydney Showground General Manager, Darryl Jeffrey stated “Sydney Showground is delighted to be an official international partner of the Los Angeles Rams and to bring the game to life for fans here in Sydney with an official watch party.

“As a major sporting and live events venue, patron experience is at the forefront of what we do and through this partnership we will not only be able to offer something different to our patrons and clients here in Sydney but also learn from, and connect with, some of the best in the business.

“We are excited to see what this partnership will bring.”

Welcoming 300 guests, the watch party will include a meet and greet opportunity and Q&A with Rams Legend and Super Bowl XXXIV Champion Torry Holt, a visit from the Los Angeles Rams cheerleaders, a premier all-inclusive food and beverage experience, and a photo opportunity with the Rams Super Bowl LVI Trophy which they won in February of 2022 at the iconic SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California.

SoFi Stadium will host the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Super Bowl LXI in 2027 and the 2028 Olympics Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
