MSAC Institute of Training Launched
The Melbourne School of Sport & Recreation Management (MSSRM) has been relaunched as the MSAC Institute of Training.
Specialising in the provision of aquatic, recreation and sport training courses, the MSAC Institute of Training is a state of the art training centre for the sport and recreation industry, located in the historic Sports House in Melbourne's Albert Park.
The MSAC Institute of Training is a business arm of the State Sport Centres Trust, and is able to draw on the expertise of two of Victoria's premier sporting facilities; the Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre (MSAC) and the State Netball and Hockey Centre (SNHC).
MSAC Institute of Training also offer training in the areas of Compliance and Risk, Health and Wellness, Professional Development and Facility Asset Management, as well as providing facility hire and consultancy and career management services designed to benefit the industry at every level.
The MSAC Institute of Training has been heavily involved in the development and implementation of the upcoming Sports Facility Management in Tough Times program, the groundbreaking event to be held at MSAC on Friday 26th June.
