Move Noosa Health Club offers new benchmark in health and fitness

The recently opened Move Noosa Health Club, located within the Parkridge Noosa mixed use residential development, is setting new levels for quality and excellence for exercise conscious members.

Introducing the new facility, Move Noosa Creator and Director, Tyrone Saul stated “Move Noosa has been architecturally designed and purposefully built as a bespoke health space for the general public, with a 24/7 access area for members who desire flexibility in their schedule. The club also has a personal exercise studio for those with a specific training intention.

“The club has been designed to offer outdoor and indoor options for small group classes such as Move Yoga, Move Mat Pilates, stretch and flex Move Functional Training, Move Stretch and its own Move Swimming Squad.”

Covering an area of 250 metre² and surrounded by a more than half an acre of lush green space overlooking its own 25 metre lap pool, Move Noosa have embraced all aspects of health technology throughout the facility, most notably with the Move Noosa Health Club personalised fitness App, which is expected to launch in the Apple store.

Rachel Gibson, Move Noosa’s software facilitator said the App provides yet another layer of interaction and engagement for members, commenting “we are trying to think it forward when it comes to utilising ‘smart’ features into our Club, including the App as well as interactive connectivity with smart watches, Apple and android devices, along with Global Reach technology in all the cardio equipment.

“It is now possible to run or ride in virtual reality with your friends in Canada, New Zealand, South America or anywhere in the world for that matter.

“We are looking to build a culture of healthy, educated and happy individuals, thriving in an environment that provides specific support, tailored programming and essential requirements to achieve optimal health and wellbeing.”

Explaining that members can expect the highest level of service and delivery with the Move Noosa team being qualified and experienced in a range of areas, Saul added “this is a space for people who aspire for more, more out of themselves, more out of their lifestyle, more from their ability to Move. Whether a person is just getting back into training, overcoming  an illness or injury or they are an elite athlete pursuing a performance goal, the facility and the Move Noosa team are experts in their respective fields.”

Move Noosa Aquatic Coordinator Jyah Seymour-Poad is impressed with the pool facilities on offer, concluding “I’ve been involved in swimming for many years and have had the opportunity to compete at the Olympic trials for swimming and I can assure our members that this is a quality facility. To have the opportunity to pass my knowledge onto others in our classes is a real privilege and I’m excited to be able to help our members improve their swimming skills."
