Marcus Evans Conferences to stage latest public safety and security event series seminar

International conference organiser Marcus Evans has announced the return of its successful public safety and security event seminar series, which it describes as “the go-to security and safety event for venue and event operators and professionals in Australasia”.

Being held in Melbourne from 19th to 21st February, Crowded Places 2020 is a risk management and mitigation event designed to provide best practices and frameworks for professionals tasked with ensuring the safety of the public.

The event aims to address issues, that a Marcus Evans spokesperson says relate to “crowded places presenting a considerable public safety risk, due to large number of people in close proximity to one another.”
