Lords Recreation Centre benefits from equipment and facility upgrades

The City of Subiaco in Perth has recently completed some significant upgrades at Lords Recreation Centre with the installation of the Jonas Leisure Envibe software management system, refurbishment of all five change room and toilet areas and installation of new Technogym cardio equipment.

With large gym and group fitness areas, five indoor courts, squash courts plus leased areas incorporating a trampoline club, dance school and registered training organisation the Australian Learning Group, Lords caters for over 500,000 visitors per year.

Council Recreation Services Manager, Rohan Klemm said the change room upgrades and installation of the Technogym cardio equipment have significantly improved the customers’ experience.

He advised “our new modern change rooms now provide a higher level of amenity, particularly for our members who deserve a high standard of service.

“With hair dryers, make up stations, soft furnishings and other special touches the change rooms are now a strong selling point for the Centre, and combined with our new Technogym equipment and extensive group fitness program Lords offers one of the best full service health and fitness memberships in Perth.”

The installation of the Envibe software has also resulted in many business improvements including a self serve kiosk for group fitness, upgraded access control and online functionality to enhance customer experiences.
