LIWA Aquatics announces funding for 2013/14 projects
The Board of the Leisure Institute of Western Australian (LIWA) Aquatics has endorsed the 2013/14 annual budget with a substantial increase to funding for a range of programs.
This year funding will be made available to the following LIWA Aquatics projects:
• Industry Research $15,000
• Watch Around Water $12,500
• Pool Super Vision $5,000
• Pool Lifeguard Challenge $5,000
• Special Projects $5.000
• ARA Journal $55,000
LIWA acknowledges that its contribution to the aquatic industry in Western Australia is made possible due to the "great support of the (Western Australian) Department of Sport and Recreation and The Royal Life Saving Society."
