Lithgow City Council invites community feedback on JM Robson Aquatic Centre
Lithgow City Council is conducting a community engagement survey inviting feedback on the JM Robson Aquatic Centre.
Lithgow City Council is committed to continuous improvement and organisational efficiency and the JM Robson Aquatic Centre is a key service which the Council objectively and regularly reviews to ensure the best possible service is provided.
Lithgow City Council Mayor Maree Statham notes “Lithgow City Council has engaged the services of a local consultant to deep dive into the operations of the Aquatic Centre.
“Our objective is to develop a contemporary business plan for the facility, to ensure our centre is running to the best of its capabilities and to ensure we are providing high levels of service for the community and user groups to enjoy.
“The best people to help us to meet our service commitment objective are those who regularly use the facility. Council welcomes all ideas on where we could improve, considering both the services we already provide and those which we could provide in the future to make the facility the best it can be.”
Lithgow City Council encourages those who use the facility .to complete a short survey to help the Council to achieve its goal of providing the best service possible at the J M Robson Aquatic Centre.
