LeisureSafe launches ‘LeisureFlow’ SaaS platform for aquatic operations and compliance
LeisureSafe has launched LeisureFlow, a dedicated Safety-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform to assist aquatic facilities streamline compliance, reduce risk, and run safer operations through digital workflows and expert-informed tools.
Built specifically for swim schools, councils, and aquatic and recreation facilities, LeisureFlow replaces paper-based processes with a centralised system for safety checks, water tests, asset tracking and operational oversight.
Introducing the platform, LeisureSafe Director, Declan Gillard-Martin stated “this is more than just software.
“LeisureFlow is a purpose-built safety system - structured, smart, and built to match the real conditions operators work in.”
Facilities that digitalise systems and processes have reported a 50% reduction in missed safety tasks and up to 75% fewer operational errors.
Beyond system functionality, LeisureFlow provides users access to LeisureSafe’s best-practice library, with pre-loaded templates and workflows developed by industry experts for assurance and compliance.
Every plan includes expert support to customise these tools to the unique needs of each site - with regular updates aligned to legislation and best practice.
