Kompan outdoor gym opens at Adelaide's Henley Beach
Leading outdoor fitness and play brand KOMPAN has completed the installation of a Kompan Cross System at the Henley Beach Memorial Reserve in Adelaide.
Officially opened by the City of Charles Sturt earlier this week, the Kompan Cross System presents accessible free weight and bodyweight training for outdoor locations giving users a comfortable, convenient and fun way to stay fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Equipment installed at Henley Beach Memorial Reserve includes the range’s suspension trainer, pull up bars, dip bench, sit up bench and steps.
KOMPAN Marketing Manager Christian Schwerdtfeger, who officiated the launch, commended the City of Charles Sturt for their approach to providing outdoor fitness solutions for the community.
Schwerdtfeger stated “this new Cross Systems range allows users to engage in dynamic exercises which challenge the whole body, it breathes new life into what the community expect from outdoor fitness solutions”.
Influential Adelaide based blogger Kelly Delfos from Fit M.U.M also attended the launch and as a Henley Beach local was delighted by what she saw.
On her popular social media accounts she commented “fantastic equipment to keep fit in our local area! Looking forward to training a few people here!”
KOMPAN’s sport and fitness ambassador Tim Robards was also on site for the opening, commenting “this is the best outdoor equipment I've come across (it) is a real game changer in outdoor fitness.”
