John Kersh joins Anytime Fitness as Vice President of International Development

Anytime Fitness, which recently announced plans to open up to 350 clubs in Australia, has appointed John Kersh as its new Vice President of International Development.

Among Kersh's responsibilities will be enhancing Anytime Fitness' prominence in the industry, introducing our concept into new markets and increasing our brand awareness worldwide.

Kersh comes to Anytime Fitness after spending 12 years as the Director of International Development for the International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association (IHRSA). He also is the founder and owner of Citrus Gym, a franchise operation based in Brazil with 10 clubs currently open and another 15 territories sold.

Kersh believes that, as Anytime Fitness expands around the globe, more new members will be prompted to join existing clubs in the USA.

He explains "there are emotional and practical components to belonging to a club with an international presence.

"It's only natural that people will be eager to belong to a club that's internationally known."
