Jetts Fitness’ culture get further recognition at Women’s Agenda Awards
Jetts Fitness has continued its winning streak at industry award ceremonies securing their latest accolade, Employee Initiative of the Year, at the 2024 Women’s Agenda Award.
The award recognised Jetts’ THRIVE framework - a comprehensive support program empowering women in the workplace through team member development, health and wellbeing, recognition, impact & support, values and culture, and engagement and celebration.
It also took into account Jetts’ initiatives including its unlimited learning and development budget, free Audible memberships and an employee assistance program through MindFit, resulting in Jetts being acknowledged for demonstrating a forward-thinking commitment to fostering both personal and professional growth.
Welcoming receipt of this latest award that underscore its commitment to a people-first culture and rapid expansion, Jetts Chief Executive, Elaine Jobson commented “this award is a true reflection of our people-first philosophy. THRIVE is not just a program; it’s a core element of our business strategy, designed to empower and uplift our team in all areas of their lives.”
This latest award followed Jetts winning Franchise of the Year and the Member Love Award at the AUSactive National Awards, underscoring its strength as a brand and its unwavering commitment to community.
The Franchise of the Year award highlighted Jetts' strength as a brand and its unwavering commitment to providing franchisees with a supportive, thriving business environment.
The Member Love Award, independently judged by 10 Thousand Feet, reflected the voice of Jetts’ community.
Jobson added “we are extremely proud to be recognised for the positive impact we make, not just in the fitness industry, but in the lives of our Business Owners and members. At Jetts, our focus is always on people - both our teams and our communities. These awards are a testament to the passion and dedication of everyone involved with Jetts,” explained Ms Jobson.
This year’s success follows Jetts' recognition as Australia’s 2nd Best Place to Work in 2023.
Meanwhile, the brand continues its growth journey with 127 clubs across Australia, including the recent opening of Jetts Adelaide City, a complete refurbishment of Jetts Blackburn North in Victoria, and plans to add at least 10 new clubs by May 2025.
