The exciting and interactive 3 kick company produces two key products the '3 kick' and 'Heavy ball' exergaming. The heavy ball is a response and dunk game where users squat and lift a relevantly weighted medicine ball and place in hole with flashing light and then retrieve at the bottom before responding again for a score.
