Innovative summit set to 'Ignite' Australia’s fitness industry
Set to be held in Melbourne this Friday (22nd February), Australia’s first Ignite Fitness event is to offer a new format for the presentation of industry information from guest speakers and high-profile fitness business leaders, who will explore topics including membership sales, retention, data-mining, registrations, personal training and technology.
Hosted by fitness entrepreneur and gym owner Mel Tempest, the innovative event uses a unique time-based information delivery format that has never before been delivered in the Australian industry.
Tempest describes the event “as a blend of ‘fitness workshop’ meets ‘speed dating’ ... designed to deliver high-quality information in a super fast format, where presenters deliver five minute presentations.”
Tempest adds “Ignite Fitness will set your fitness business mojo alight.
“Delegates will share in new knowledge, and take away practical strategies and an abundance of inspiration that will distinguish your business from the competition in 2019 and beyond.”
Ignite Fitness will also feature a series of ‘speed-dating-style’ business roundtables, where speakers deliver 25-minute info sessions before moving on to the next roundtable.
Ignite Fitness supporters include Debitsuccess, Coaching Zone, NovoFit, Four Media, FITREC, Australasian Leisure Management and Myzone.
The Ignite Fitness event is being held at the Crown Plaza Melbourne on 22nd February 2019.
