Inaugural Fitness Australia National Symposium aims to inspire and connect the fitness industry
Aiming to inspire, connect and celebrate health and fitness, Fitness Australia is to host its first ever National Symposium on the Gold Coast on 30th and 31st October 2015.
This inaugural event offers present industry workshops, high quality speakers, professional development, plus a celebration of achievements by those in and around the industry at Fitness Australia’s Annual Gala Dinner.
Introducing the event, Fitness Australia Chief Executive Lauretta Stace explained “the inaugural symposium event is designed to inspire industry professionals and businesses through exciting and relevant workshops, including motivating speakers like Dominic Thurbon of ChangeLabs and Adam Franklin of Bluewire Media.
“Our industry has a lot to gain from each other, which is why there is an emphasis on quality networking time.”
Industry Forum speaker Dominic Thurbon, Chief Creative Officer of ChangeLabs will provide an in-depth insight around consumer engagement.
Thubron has worked extensively in the areas of behaviour and generational change, innovation and collaboration with clients around the world including Apple, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, the Commonwealth Bank and Lexus.
Day 1:
Industry Forum, Consumer Engagement presented by Dominic Thurbon of Change Labs with networking opportunities.
Event workshops include:
• Web Marketing by Adam Franklin of Bluewire Media.
• Quality Improvement by the Improvement Foundation.
• ‘Consumer spending trends’ with a panel of business experts.
Annual Gala Dinner including ActiveAus Awards celebrations, with entertainer Ben Price and Olympic Gold Medallist Natalie Cook.
Day 2:
A morning Yoga Session on the beach.
A Club Tour of Gold Quality Businesses followed by BBQ lunch at the beach sponsored by MY ZONE.
