Ignite Yoga Summit combines with The Fitness Show and FILEX
Set to complement The Fitness Show and the FILEX Convention at the ICC Sydney at the end of April, the inaugural Ignite Yoga Summit has been created to provide a platform for yoga teachers from across Australia to formally come together, share ideas and expand their teaching skills.
Being held from 28th to 30th April, the three-day symposium has been designed to cater to the needs of yoga teachers with all levels of expertise offering session that focus on a wide range of topics from asana, meditation and pranayama right through to anatomy and teaching skills.
A statement from the organisers explained “at this inaugural event we’re excited to offer workshops and masterclasses with some of the world’s leading yoga educators and teachers, who will travel from all over the country and the globe in order to come together to share their skills and knowledge, and help create a unique space where you can belong, connect, share and grow alongside your community.
“If you’re looking for an opportunity to spend time with your peers, gain new skills and knowledge that will help deepen your class connections – or if you’re simply looking to reignite the passion for your practice – then (the) Ignite Yoga Summit is for you.”
Workshops and masterclasses that will be held by some of the world’s leading yoga teachers and educators including Tiffany Cruickshank, Lisa Greenbaum, Chanel Luck, Simon Borg-Olivier, Nicole Walsh, Duncan Peak and Edo Kahn.
Participants registered for the two-day event will gain 16 CECs and the three-day event will attract 20 CECs with Yoga Alliance Australia®-International and up to 20 CPD hours with Yoga Australia.
