Healthy Ageing Summit Goes Digital

Ken Baldwin, founder of the Healthy Ageing Summit, has announced that the Healthy Ageing Summit - due to have been held in Brisbane from 27th to 29th March - will continue to run for all participants in a digital format.

With restrictions placed on travel and gathering in groups, Baldwin advised "we wanted to provide an option where people could still have the opportunity to connect and learn from some of the best in our industry.

"Many of our attendees are looking for alternative ways to train and connect with their clients, so we felt this was the best way to give them support quickly.

"Our Presenting team have done an amazing job, rising to the challenge to record their sessions, podcast and even do some Interactive live Webinars.

"All this will be up and running, commencing this weekend."

Baldwin (pictured) also explained that when events get cancelled or rescheduled the forgotten people - and those who are impacted most - are the sponsors and exhibitors.

Stating that “we recognise this and thank them for their continuing support”, Baldwin commented they too have stayed with us and are given support through digital exposure at the time of the event to promote their services as well as the bonus of exposure beyond the event through to next year”.

He went on to say “for those people who were contemplating on attending but due to circumstances did not book on, they can now also join the summit online and learn in their own environment without having to move from their homes.”

Baldwin says having the virtual event also gives people access to the other sessions they would not have been able to get to at the Summit.

They can log in anytime and go through the content when it suits them and they will have lifetime access to the presentations, so they can go back in at any time to review the sessions.

As an added bonus, those people who are needing CECs and were looking to gain CECs with other events that are now cancelled until further notice, can still get their 15 CEC’s doing the Summit Online.
