GymMaster software streamlines all aspects of fitness club management
Designed to ease membership management, administrative task management, automated marketing, retention, scheduling and billing for gyms and fitness clubs, GymMaster software is being introduced in a growing number of facilities.
A cloud-based member management system designed for gyms, fitness studios and clubs of all sizes, GymMaster includes gym access controls, point of sale, online bookings and automated marketing streamlining everything from door access to bookings, billing, memberships, sign ups and a range of other tasks.
The access control feature allows users to access the facilities 24/7 using their access keys, manage time restrictions on memberships and maintain a visit log. It also helps in identifying member usage patterns and staffing of gym employees while allowing users to communicate with members via automated SMS, email and push notifications.
With Bluetooth and RFID capable door access tying in seamlessly into the gym management software, GymMaster Chief Marketing Officer, Curtis Fairweather explains that “years of research and development went into designing our system from the ground up.
“As far as we’re aware it’s the first Bluetooth reader to be built from scratch to be included in gym software.
“As a result, having all features included in one single system, tied together and able to interact with each other, we have a real point of difference.”
The reader being built directly into gym software means operators have more control over who visits and when, along with more reliability and better security.
Examples include being able to create memberships with booking-based door access - such as a gym membership with two uses of a sauna per week. Tracked in GymMaster, at the end of the allocation doors won’t open.
In addition, users can sign up and pay online, then access the club via the app without any staff action required - a practical solution for unstaffed facilities.
Fairweather adds “you can also block members from visiting the club who owe over your debt threshold while with RFID, NFC and Bluetooth door access options, you never have to worry about members forgetting their tag and getting themselves locked out again.
In addition, with no third parties operators just have one bill to pay and one point of contact for support with no need to liaise between multiple providers if help is needed.
