Government Changes in WA

With the backing of the National Party and the support of independent MPs, the Liberal Party has assumed Government in Western Australia.
New Premier Colin Barnett has unveiled his new cabinet which will have a country flavour.
Ministers in the Government's leisure portfolios have also been announced.
Liz Constable is the Minister for Tourism, as well as Eduation and Women's Interests.
Donna Faragher is the new Minister for Environment, and for Youth.
National Party Deputy Leaders Terry 'Tuck' Waldron will be responsible for Sport and Recreation, Racing and Gaming and Minister assisting on country health. Waldron, a former cricketer and AFL player, was a longtime General Manager of the Western Australian Country Football League, performing that role from 1992 until entering politics in 2001.
